Great plates,
Like these plates. A little disappointed that the “off white” color in the middle of the plate actually looks dirty all the time because of the color.

|Replacement order arrived quickly,
I WAS extremely frustrated when I originally posted a review of this product, since I’d received the notice from Amazon that they’d been shipped to me on August 18th (estimated delivery of Aug. 23rd), and a week later than the estimate (Aug. 30th) I still had no dishes, with no tracking number or any other information available to tell me if I was EVER going to receive the dishes I’ve been charged for.
However, when I was finally on the phone with an Amazon customer service person (I always have trouble finding the button that says that their FAQ page for customer service complaints is NOT adequate and I need them to call me to resolve the matter), she was able to quickly arrange a replacement shipment, which arrived within two days.
The plates look smaller (because of the pattern and wide border) than the plain white Corelle ware of a similar 8.5 inch diameter that I’ve had for years, but that’s all to the good, I figure: the point of having smaller plates is to make less food look like more (lots of nutrition sites say that too much room on our dinner plates is a contributing factor to over-eating), and on this pattern a little bit of food looks even larger.

|Love the dishware!,
I received all my dishware on time and in good condition. Love the pattern and the durability of this dinnerware. The large bowl, however, was received broken but Amazon sent a new one off immediately upon notice. I just wish I didn’t have to return the broken pieces because it is a pain to go to the post office with that! Oh, well, maybe the broken pieces are recycled!
I always use Amazon when I can for purchases as they have a good reputation and take care of problems promptly.
